i have downlaoded the head and neck part
but after installing it from the cd

it doesnt work
it say cant find the cd rom .
plz eject and reinsert the cd rom .
i have tried doing this again and agian
i have tried it on both win 98 and xp
but i cant make it work .
plz help me . iam in need of the software urgently
